Management Team

Lynette joined the company in December 1987 as an accounting clerk. As the company grew significantly, she became Accounting Manager in May 1999, and then Vice President of the company in April 2002. As Vice President, Lynette was responsible for a substantial portion of the company’s clients and accountants. Her responsibilities included client relationship management, financial and investor statement preparation and audit oversight. Lynette was named President in July 2010. Lynette graduated with a B.B.A. degree in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago in May 1989.

Joe started his career with SFS USA in 2001 and was a key member of the initial SFS Singapore Team from 2006 to his joining BNP Paribas Securities Services (“BPSS”) (then known as Fortis Prime Fund Solutions (S) Pte Ltd) in Singapore in 2010. At BPSS, Joe was the Director, Sales and Relationship Manager. He also held various positions in the Alternative Investor segment there in both Hong Kong and Singapore, including Head of Fund Accounting APAC, Client Services Manager and Fund Accounting Manager. Joe re-joined SFS Singapore and was appointed Managing Director in 2021.

Laura joined SFS Ireland in 2007 and up to her appointment to current role in 2022, managed the shareholder services department as well as acting as Compliance Officer and MLRO.  Previously she worked at JP Morgan & BNY Mellon as a relationship manager and also worked with Hewlett Packard International Bank as a payments specialist.  She holds a Bachelor of European Commerce with French and a Professional Diploma in Compliance.

Mary joined SFS Ireland in December 2006 as Manager of Fund Accounting. She had worked for the previous nineteen years in the financial services industry in both London and Dublin. The five years prior to joining Swiss Financial Services were spent working with PNC Global Investment Servicing (now part of Bank of New York Mellon) in fund administration. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Ireland. She was appointed to the Board in March 2022.

Simon started his career in finance as an apprentice with Schweizerische Kreditanstalt (Credit Suisse) in 1990. He later worked for Credit Suisse First Boston as an investment controller with the fixed income prop trading desk. He joined RMF (later part of Man Investments) in 2000 where he headed the Managed Accounts & Pricing Team until 2005. Simon was the portfolio manager for RMF’s Hedge Fund Ventures hedge fund seeding product until 2010. From 2011 -2017 he was portfolio manager for multiple (mainly multi-asset) funds with Northern Star Partners in Helsinki, Finland. In 2018 he joined Swiss Financial Services in Zurich, where he became Group COO in 2019. Simon received his Bachelor of Business Administration (Major: Banking & Finance) from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences Winterthur, Switzerland.

Karl became the CEO of the Swiss Financial Services Group in July 2010 and is a family member of the majority shareholder of Swiss Financial Services Holding AG, the parent company of Swiss Financial Services AG. Karl joined Swiss Financial Services in 2003 as Director of Strategic Projects. Prior to that, he worked at Hewlett Packard as a senior consultant for the Financial Services Industry (“FSI”) practice and was the global leader for the FSI Knowledge Management program. Karl received his MBA (lic. oec. HSG) from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) and his undergraduate degree from the University of Zurich, Switzerland.
